Choosing to parent can feel overwhelming. You may have more questions than answers. You may be concerned about these things:
- My partner doesn’t want the baby, but I do.
- I can’t tell my family.
- How will I finish school?
- How will I continue working?
- Where will I live?
- I don’t have medical insurance.
- I have no support.
- I’m too young.
The good news is that we will answer your questions and talk with you about these issues. Richland Pregnancy Services is ready to connect you with resources and referrals for prenatal care, childbirth preparation classes, parenting classes, infant supplies and more, to help you decide if parenting is right for you.

You have many things to consider when looking at the adoption option. Will it be open or closed? Will it be private or will you use an adoption agency? You make that choice.
Here are a few things to consider:
- You can pursue your life goals
- You will not have to parent before you are ready
- You can choose the family with whom to place your child
- With adoption you can change your mind; abortion is final
Adoption may not be the first thought in your mind if you face an unplanned pregnancy. However, women who first thought abortion was their only way out often find that adoption is a loving choice for the birth mother, baby and the adoptive family.
To learn more about adoption, make an appointment or stop by our office.
Richland Pregnancy Services is not an adoption agency and does not directly participate in the facilitation of adoption, but will provide referrals for adoption agencies.
When considering an abortion, your health and safety is important. Remember, abortion is a medical procedure.
Richland Pregnancy Services provides that place where you can get answers to your questions and acquire medically accurate education that will enable you to make an informed choice.

If you are considering an abortion, you need to know:
- Are you really pregnant?
- What are the risks?
- How far along are you?
- Are you at risk for a natural miscarriage?
- Do you have a tubal pregnancy?
